Over the years, I've realized that my role extends far beyond design. On any given day, I might be designing, managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, art directing, mentoring other designers, solving technical issues, or helping improve internal processes.
I've always been someone who looks for opportunities to make things work better. If I see a more efficient approach, I'll speak up and advocate for it, regardless of whether it's part of my job description. I'm not interested in maintaining a process simply because it's always been done that way.
What motivates me most is contributing to the bigger picture. While design is my expertise, I care just as much about the success of the team, the quality of the work, and the experience of the people involved in creating it. I believe great work comes from environments where people are encouraged to collaborate, share ideas, and continuously improve.
